    Why a paid membership?

    We are creating a multiracial group because we realize liberation work needs to be a bigger conversation, as Black people cannot dismantle white supremacy, and all of us are negatively affected (yes white folks too) by white supremacy, so all of the need to work together towards a solution. This isn't about reconciliation, hand-holding, or centering just white parents' education on antiracism. This is about collectively working to dismantle and divest from what we call the Big 3 (capitalism, white supremacy, and patriarchy).


    What does that look like?

    Individual- Doing work on an individual level to change actions and mindset.
    Interpersonal- Learning ways to repair damaged relationships  
    Institutional- Dismantling the current systems that create the toxic mindsets which impact our relationships and reimagining those systems by coming up with solutions (we want to be solutions-oriented and not just talk about the problem)

    • How do I get access to the membership?
      Once you submit your payment, you'll receive an email that will have the Facebook information to join the collective. You'll be asked what email you used to sign up in the membership questions.
    • Can I cancel anytime?
      Yes, you may cancel anytime. Please email hello@parentingdecolonized.com with the email you used to sign up for your membership. All cancellations for the month will be processed on the 30th day of every month. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the 25th of every month. No refunds will be issued. Once your cancellation goes through, you will no longer have access to the Facebook group.
    • Why are white people being charged more?
      Because reparations.
    • What if I don't have a Facebook account?
      At this point, you can still participate in the activities and events that will be sent via email, however, the community aspect of the membership will live on Facebook...for now.
